India’s Payment giant Paytm is likely to get a minority stake in Softbank backed Japanese Payment company
According to reports, Paytm is likely to get 7% stake in the SoftBank backed Japanese payment platform PayPay. SoftBank, which owns a 20% stake in Paytm’s parent company, revealed the information in its regulatory filings. PayPay is a joint venture between Softbank and Yahoo Japan while Paytm is a technology partner in the company.
