Step 2:
Open your file that is having the basic code of your wordpress blog page on which you want to add facebook statuses.
Step 3:

But there are some disadvantages of using this code. Those are:
- The statuses will be delivered as plain text only, and
- It will show statuses only nothing else than that.
Method 2:
In this method we will use RSS widget to get your facebook statuses on your wordpress blogs.
Step 1:
Firstly what you have to do is open “fbrss.com” in your web browser and then you’ll be directed to the address. After this you’ll see a facebook button on the address. Click on the button and you’ll be redirected to facebook. After this enter your login is and password and login to your account. Now you’ll get a pop up as FBRSS – RSS Status Export click okay.
Step 2:
Now after clicking on okay button on Facebook, you will be redirected to the page having facebook links RSS Status feed and Your Status feeds only. You can check the authenticity of the links by clicking on them. Copy whichever option you want to add to your wordpress blog.
Step 3:
Now for adding it to your wordpress blog, login to your wordpress blog, open your admin page, then go to design and then go to widgets. Then go to “RSS” widget and then add this RSS widget in the sidebar of your wordpress blog. Paste the link that you copied from fbrss.com in the widget and then add the title of widget whatever you want to, save the widget and the posts will be shown in your wordpress blog.

Method 3:
In this method we will use the activity log of your facebook account.
Step 1:
Now what you have to do is go to facebook.com and then login to your account. After this open your facebook profile or you can say facebook timeline. On your timeline, you’ll see “activity log” button on bottom right hand side of your cover photo. Then click on small button on the right side of the activity log.
Step 2:
After clicking you’ll see an option saying “add badge to your website”, click on that option. Now you will be redirected to a new page where you can edit your profile badge according to you. Now not only status updates, but you can add photos to your badge and there are a lot of other options too. Now click on the save button and copy the code appeared from there.
Step 3:
Now for adding it to your wordpress blog, go to the widgets section and then “use text widget” and then paste the code copied in it and save the changes made. Now widget will be showing your facebook updates on your wordpress blog.
