Google may join Indian government’s e-commerce platform ONDC

Google is in talks to integrate its online shopping services with the Indian government sponsored marketplace ONDC. Many people may be a little surprised to know that our own Indian government has dabbled into the e-commerce business. But the fact is that the Indian government has already soft launched its e-commerce platform. And Google is probably the first big tech giant that has expressed desire to become part of this e-commerce platform. The Indian government is launching this platform with the aim of finishing off Amazon and Flipkart’s domination in India’s e-commerce industry. And now that’s a very ambitious goal.  However, it is still not known when the Indian government plans to officially launch the online marketplace.

Ambassador car to make a comeback in a new avatar

Remember that iconic white ambassador car, which in heyday was used by India’s political elite. Well, that iconic car is once again making a comeback in an all-new avatar. Ambassador’s brand-new car will be available as an electric car. And mind you, going by the images and photos that are being circulated by various media portals, Ambassador’s electric car looks absolutely ‘sexy’ and ‘cool.’ Hindustan Motors, which manufactures Ambassador cars, has joined hands with French automobile giant Peugeot. By the way, Hindustan Motors will also manufacture electric two wheelers.

Elon Musk advices Jeff Bezos: Party less & work more

Elon Musk, the outspoken tech billionaire, has given a rather harsh advice to Amazon boss Jeff Bezos. Musk recently tweeted on Twitter that Bezos should focus less on partying and be more attentive on his work. The Tesla boss also added a cryptic tweet that Bezos’ space company Blue Origin may suffer if he doesn’t focus on his work. Bezos, on other hand, hasn’t responded back to Musk’s tweet; probably knowing very well that Musk has a habit of provoking famous celebrities on Twitter. More importantly, Musk and Bezos have never been good friends. Both billionaires have been sharing a frosty relationship for over a decade.

Britney Spears strokes controversy by posting nude pics on Instagram

Pop singer Britney Spears has landed herself in a fresh controversy. This after spears again posted her series of nude pics recently on photo-sharing platform Instagram. Off late, the famous pop singer has been posting a lot of nude pics of her on the photo sharing platform. Spears justified her controversial action by claiming that she now has become more confident about her body. And her nude pics are an expression of that confidence. Notably, only last week Madonna was banned from Instagram Live for streaming her nude pics.

Jack Dorsey resigns from Twitter Board

Jacy Dorsey’s journey with the Twitter has officially come to an end. This after he resigned from Twitter’s board last week amid all the hustle-bustle around Elon Musk’s $44 Bn takeover deal.  Dorsey’s resignation from Twitter’s board does not come as a surprise especially following his resignation from Twitter’s CEO position last year. This man has been with Twitter ever since he co-founded the company in 2006. He played a crucial role in making Twitter one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.
