If you’re anything like me, you’re probably sick of scrolling through your inbox and deleting messages one by one. I know I have hundreds, if not thousands, of messages that need to be deleted. The good news is that there’s a way to delete multiple messages at once on your Mac.

  1. To begin, open the Messages app on your Mac.
  2. Choose the conversation that has the messages you want to remove.
  3. To edit your document, click on the “Edit” button in the top-left corner of the window.
  4. To delete the messages you want, click on them while holding down the “Command” key.
  5. To delete the messages you’ve selected, press the “Delete” key on your keyboard or click on the trash can icon in the top-right corner of the window.
