Steps to increase the internal memory on your device:
Step 1: Power off your tablet and access the recovery mode by pressing down volume button and the home button at the same time. While holding these buttons, also press down the power button as well.
Step 2: While you are in the recovery mode, select wipe data/factory reset option to completely wipe off the data from your device’s internal memory. Once this has been done clear all the cache from your phone memory by selecting “wipe cache partition” option.
Step 3: Clear your android device of Dalvik Cache by navigating to the advanced settings and selecting “Wipe Dalvik Cache” option.
