Instagram to nudge users from its platform with ‘take a break feature’

Since last few weeks all Facebook owned platforms, especially Instagram, has been facing relentless flak over its adverse impact on teenagers. Now Instagram, whose user base largely constitutes of teenage population, has decided to take things in its hand to fix this contentious issue. The photo sharing platform has said that it will soon launch ‘take a break’ feature that will encourage its users to take temporary break from the platform. Tesla’s German ambition

Elon Musk’s Tesla is inching closer to make Germany a key hub for its EV car manufacturing. Last week, Musk held a county fair style party outside its Berlin Giga factory, which is at the last lap of construction. Although the plant is still waiting for environmental clearance, Musk said at the event that the German plant will aim to produce between 5,000 to 10,000 cars by end of 2022.

‘Meituan’ is the latest Chinese company to face the regulatory crackdown

China’s ongoing crackdown against big tech companies is showing no sign of abating. Online delivery giant Meituan is the latest Chinese company to face the regulator’s wrath. China’s antitrust body has leveled a penalty of 3.44 billion yuan ($543.3 Mn) on Meituan for anti-competition practices.
