LegalTech startup Legalwiz.in announced on Tuesday that it has raised Rs 3.8 crores of funding from ContCentric IT Services Private Limited. No other investors participated in the funding round.
Based in Ahmedabad, Legalwiz helps StartUps & SMEs in fulfilling legal, financial, corporate & taxation compliances. Founded in 2016 by legal industry veteran Shrijay Sheth, the startup claims that its online process is backed with robust technology that invariably ensures efficiency, transparency and maximum value for the clients. Over the years, the company has built a strong team of in-house CAs and CS.
Talking exclusively to Techpluto Mr Shrijay Sheth, co-founder Legalwiz said, “ We are excited about the way forward, having raised Rs 3.8 cr from Concentric. With the investment in place, we are putting the future roadmap for technology building. More than just funds, we are looking at a synergistic partnership with Concentric has a proven track record of building scalable technology for companies that cater to 1000s of concurrent users.”

Legalwiz claims that it currently serves more than 5000 businesses across the country. The Ahmedabad based startup further claims that it has built a reputation of the most reliable services partner for professional services and enjoys exceptionally high customer satisfaction and retention rate.
