Microsoft launches collaborative work app ‘Loop’ in public preview
After almost two years of waiting, Microsoft has finally come out with its collaborative work app ‘Loop.’ Starting from today Microsoft Loop will be available in a public preview form on IOS, Android and Web. Among other things, Microsoft Loop will allow users to work on projects with live updating features. For instance, you can place a table in a Word or excel document as users are making real-time changes in it. Alongside Loop also allows you to do host of other things including assigning tasks, comment, react, share project pages and track progress. Loop is seen as another attempt by Microsoft to bring another innovative product from its stable as it seeks to seamlessly integrate AI into its numerous products & services.

American Sec threatens to sue Coinbase over certain ‘crypto products’
Popular crypto exchange Coinbase has said that it has received notice from SEC threatening a potential legal action over some of its crypto products. These crypto products include namely Coinbase Prime, Coinbase Earn and Coinbase Wallet. These products supposedly come under stalking services that recently has come under scrutiny of the SEC. Meanwhile, the news of SEC notice did not go down too well with investors as shares of Coinbase dropped almost 13% during extended trading on Wednesday. After the implosion of FTX scandal last year, the regulators have been trying to turn up the heat on the crypto industry.

TikTok CEO tells Congress the app is 100% safe
TikTok CEO Shou Zi is all set to have a showdown with Congress on Thursday, confronting some real tough questions that are likely to be thrown by the U.S. lawmakers. But going by TikTok’s official statement released just before the Congress hearing, it is clear that TikTok’s parent company ByteDance will stick to its script that TikTok is 100% safe app. Zi said that “….I understand that there are concerns stemming from the inaccurate belief that TikTok’s corporate structure makes it beholden to the Chinese government or that it shares information about U.S. users with the Chinese government. This is emphatically untrue.”

SpaceX likely to raise funds from Saudi & UAE Investors
A Saudi Arabia investment fund and an Abu Dhabi based company are gearing up to make a multi-billion-dollar investment in Elon Musk’s space company SpaceX, according to media reports. Along with middle-eastern investors, several other investors are also likely to invest in the funding round. The rocket making company will be probably valued at around $140 Bn, making it one of the most valued startups in the world. Apart from Starlink, SpaceX has been recently in news for its ambitious rocket Starship that is likely to go ahead with its first orbital launch in April.

OpenAI claims that it has fixed significant bug in ChatGPT
Viral chatbot ChatGPT’s parent company OpenAI has said that it has fixed a bug that created a major ‘data privacy issue,’ allowing other users to see the titles of others’ conversation history. OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman confirmed on his Twitter account about the bug being fixed, adding that the bug was located in the open-source library. This is the first time that ChatGPT is facing a data privacy issue ever since its meteoric rise last year that has resulted in millions of daily active users.
