Midjourney Website is now generally available to all Users
Midjourney, widely considered as the golden standard in text-to-image generation platform, will no longer be restricted to Discord and alpha mode. That’s because Midjourney website is now opening to all general users, who will also get a free trail with 25 AI free images. Users can register either with their Discord and Google accounts. This move will obviously give the platform a wider accessibility amid intense competition. It comes barely few days after Grok 2.0 was launched with image generation capabilities and Google opened its most advanced image generation tool Imagen 3 to general public. Another noteworthy competitor in this space, Ideogram, has just announced the launch of a new AI model.

Ideogram unveils Ideogram 2.0 with multiple new features
Ideogram, one of the prominent names in the AI image generation space, is once again pulling up its socks by launching Ideogram 2.0. The new AI model comes with enhanced image realism and improved control. Speaking specifically about the latter Ideogram 2.0 allows users to fine-tune images more precisely. To increase its user base, Ideogram will be offering a free trail with 40 free images per day, which is quite generous. Additionally, it is launching a dedicated IOS app, an API and a visual search system. The launch of Ideogram 2.0 coincides with the announcement that Midjourney is opening its website to general public, taking the competition in the AI image generation to a new level.

Gemini writing tools in Gmail is getting a new functionality by helping you to polish emails that you’ve already written and saved. Users have to just tap the ‘polish’ option under ‘Help me Write’ options. The ‘polish’ option will automatically correct errors in grammer, punctuation and spelling, improve tone & style and also suggest relevant content & information among other features. However, kindly note that these features won’t be available for Google or Gmail users. That’s because Gemini features in Gmail is available only to Google Workspace and Google One AI Premium subscribers.

Xbox on Wednesday unveiled a new controller in the market named as ‘Xbox Adaptive Joystick,’ which is especially designed for gamers with limited mobility or people with disability. Available at $29.99, Xbox Adaptive Joystick will hit the market by early next year. What is so special about it is that it allows gamers to operate controller without having to engage both hands. It comes with four buttons – an Xbox thumbstick and two extra buttons for bumper and trigger control.
