Commenting about the seed funding round, Parthiban said “SuperOps.ai’s platform is tailored to cater to various segments of the MSP market, and intends to build a truly unified PSA, RMM solution powered by intelligent automation (IA). Further, it is helping MSPs with several benefits, including centralising control, minimising training requirements for technicians, and streamlining work processes, among others will be key.”
SuperOps.ai claims that it wants to revolutionize the MSP Software space, which the company believes that it suffers from data leaks, process delays, outdated technology and ugly UI automation. The company claims that its MSP software addresses all these pain points and subsequently contributes to client’s productivity.
For all those who don’t know, MSP software helps in remote management of IT infrastructure. The global MSP software is tipped to reach whopping $329 Bn by 2025 while the industry’s current market valuation stands at $223 Bn.
