OSOM is an app that focuses on collaborative wish lists with your friends to solve search and discovery. We know that recommendations from locals are always better, but getting hold of that information is very hard. That’s why we rely on our friends for recommendations. With OSOM, you create lists and add spots you love or cool places you want to try out. Then, invite a few friends to the list so you all build it together, that way you have your favourite spots plus favourites from friends that you need to try out. That’s not all; you can tap into other people’s authentic recommendations by looking and following their lists. It’s as if you were eavesdropping into the table next to you. Now you have the authentic knowledge, which is incredibly useful for travellers. Unlike unreliable rating systems like 5-star ratings were we all rate differently. Now you can discover the best spots by tapping into what friends and locals are recommending to each other.
